GP2010 Web Services on Server 2003

I am trying to install Web Services for GP2010 on a 32 bit server with Server 2003 SP2 for a customer of mine.

I am getting the error 'Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Interop.Security.AzRoles, version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. '

I have tried the KB937292 to register the dll, but that did not help. I received the same error.

I am using the ADAM option on the installtion for the security data.

Thank you,

Zara

    Hello Zara,

We've just recently found this as a known issue with the installation of Web Services for Dynamics GP 2010 on a Windows Server 2003 OS.

While making the install compatible with Windows Server 2012, something happened so it no longer installs on Windows Server 2003.

What you'll want to do is download the Dynamics GP 2010 RTM DVD and install Web Services from there, as that hasn't been changed at all to be compatible with Windows Server 2003.

    Thank you,
