no button for to click "approve" in the workflow

Hello,
I need 2 people to approve my PR, however one person is unable to approve - there is no button for him to click approve in the workflow and only shows workflow history. Meanwhile the other person approved but still says "accepted". What does this mean?
Thanks!

    1) check security on user which does not see approve button

sharing list of privilege which gives workflow approval button access to various screen

    2) Accepted means the person is the group/pool to whom the workflow has been assigned and upon approval action and workflow batch trigger execution the status would get updated

    Hi Emily,

Have you checked if both these users are having same roles and privileges assigned or not?

If the person is not able to see the "Approve" tab; then you can assign this privilege "Approve purchase requisitions" to this user. It will work.

Also, would like to know; where you are getting "Accepted" in PR? When a PR is completely approved; the status of the PR will be "Approved" only.

Is this something you are talking about in RFQ? I think yes; because once the RFQ is completed; the highest status of that document will be "Accepted" and lowest status of this document will be "Rejected". Now here, "Accepted" refers to the acknowledgement of the supplier for issuance of the purchase order once the RFQ is completed.

Kindly check and let me know.

    Best regards,

    Hi Emily,

Can you share how you did setup the workflow? Is it setup to require all users to approve or the requirement to have a single approver?

You can also check the workflow instance if there is a pending task for the second user or not.
