Flows fail if a setting in an action of the flow doesn't function as expected. In this case, the error message contains Bad request or Not found, or an error code of 400 or 404 appears.

Please share the details of the Flow configuration so that we can analyze the issue.

In addition, you should pay attention to the following two points when configuring the action related to Shared mailbox:

The account that configures the connection (in this case, your account) needs to be a member of the Shared mailbox.

You need to remove semicolon at the end of the Mailbox Address.

    Please take a try again.

Thank You For the prompt reply.

However, We had not use any flows there, we are using OOB  service of the business central.

In addition: we are using Email Account service page and create a new service from their. and then Send Test Email. That's it.

Have you setup a Shared Mailbox in Microsoft 365\Exchange Online?  The shared mailbox must be setup and users granted permissions before you can use it in Business Central.

per my knowledge, BC doesn't allow shared email. you could try other email setup such as signed in user to test if it works. Or to confirm if any solution is possible, reach out to MS support. They might offer you more insight by checking the back end.

The "Resource could not be discovered" error message typically indicates that there's an issue with the Exchange Server that's hosting the shared mailbox you're trying to access. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Verify that the shared mailbox is enabled and accessible from your account. Check with your email administrator to ensure that the shared mailbox is set up correctly and that you have the necessary permissions to access it.

    2. Check that the Exchange Web Services (EWS) URL is correct. The EWS URL is used to connect to the Exchange Server, and an incorrect URL can cause the "Resource could not be discovered" error message. You can find the EWS URL by using the Test E-mail Configuration function in Outlook or by contacting your email administrator.

    3. Check that the correct credentials are being used. Ensure that you're using the correct username and password to access the shared mailbox.

    4. Check that the correct email server settings are being used. Double-check that the email server settings, including the SMTP server and port number, are correct.

    5. Check for any firewalls or security settings that may be blocking access to the shared mailbox.

If you're still encountering the "Resource could not be discovered" error after trying these steps, it may be best to contact your email administrator or IT support team for further assistance.
