GP 2010 Integration Manager - Using a stored procedure as a data source

I am attempting to use a stored procedure for the integration source and am using an advanced SQL data source, but I am unable to get any columns to return. Is this even possible? Is there a different approach that needs to be taken? I have found lots of examples online on running stored procedures using VB but none of those examples actually use any data returned from the stored procedure. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, -Rob

Can you create a view that executes your stored procedure and have it populate a temp table to use as your source.

Ugh sorry I didn't mean a view, I meant a table valued function.
