Purchase Order Message: This document has been received closed or cancelled

Hello Everyone,

I received the following message when I tried to open a purchase order via Purchase Order Entry:

"This document has been received, closed or canceled. Please enter another purchase order number because you can't edit a document that has a status of Received, Closed or Cancelled"

Items in the Purchase Order have been received and the purchase order status is Received from the Purchase Order Processing Document Inquiry.

Why GP says the Purchase Order is closed or canceled?

Hello Kin:

At the bottom of the page, the status of the PO should be reflected next to PO Status.

If that states received, I wouldn't worry about the generic warning you see.

This is designed behavior.
