Need an Adanced find query for
Activity_type, no of cases created for that activity type in 2018 that were not canceled (consider all open., closed cases etc.)

do you mean it? which will give you, this years non cancelled Appointments associated with Case which are open or resolved.
We have activity type like delivery shipping ,product,engineering for that activity types how many cases are created in this year we need to know

You have to create see the result for each activity type in the option set if you want to see result with in CRM (hope count >5000 under each type).
but I suggest you to use Excel Template or normal static export for the cases which are created in "This Year" and status doesnt equal to "Cancel" then use pivot otr manual filters to see the result.

Try with this , Choose regarding (Case ) under related and then add columns by selecting regarding (case ) from the dropdown of the add columns popup.
i understood but, i need activity type not activities?
we have a,b,c Case type
and we have Activity types A1,A2,A3 under a and B1,B2,B3 under b and C1,C2,C3 under c
so we need to know what cases are created for that particulat activity types
like A1 how many case A2 how many cases
