Is there a way to set an E-Mail Template as default?

We created an E-Mail Template for all users in the team, we'd like to use it as standard e-mail, without having to press "Insert Template".

We want to click "New E-Mail" and the Template is already used, and we can just type.

Is there an OOB way to this?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, there is no OOB  way to achieve it.

    Or you can refer following link to achieve it through using WebApi and calling the js in email form unload

    Hello,

    There is no OOB functionality to achieve this request. Email Templates are defined by User or Global, however how is possible create more than one template (including by language), you need to define which one to use through Insert Template button.
