Teams events/webinar integration does not capture check out time?

Hi,

I've seen a number of questions raised in this community about the event check out date/time but not seen any answer.

We're using Team events/webinar integration and have noticed that the check-in date/time is correctly captured for each attendee when they join the meeting. This date/time is visible in D365 Marketing. But it seems that leaving a meeting does not set check out date/time.

Is this a know issue or is it a configuration setting somewhere?

Regards,

René

    Hi RvMaastricht,

The check-in field is automatically populated. However, the check-out field need to be manually filled. The system would not automatically set it.

    Please refer to this thread:

Hi , thanks for your reply. It seems to me that it's a gap in integration functionality that check-outs are not captured. I don't think manually updating check-out times for events with big audiences is the way to go.

But maybe it's already on the ideas list as a feature request.

    Regards,

    René van Maastricht
