Managment Reporter and Budget. Not bring up up the YTD amout for Period12.

Posted on by 335

My MR report is pointing correctly to a budget.  I want the YTD amount for the budget column and I'm asking for Period -12 YTD and yet all I keep getting is January $Base Period$ for the budget information.  Is anyone else having this issue.  I've tried everything and on some reports it is working but not on this one.  and of Course Financials information was due yesterday

Just figured it out.  There is now an advanced feature that needs to be checked off.  Whenyou are running for a base period.  Under Settings>>Other>>Other Options:  Include amounts in future periods.  And like magic it suddenly worked.  Never would have thought of that one.
