Prior year timecard corrections

Posted on by 180

Is anyone aware of a reason why it would be a bad idea to perform a timecard correction from a prior year?

Thank you for your time!  I will look into the User Manual for more detail.

According to the T&M User Manual for SL2011 Page 78...

"If the timecard period-ending date of the correcting timecard corresponds to a closed period, the transactions post to the current or earliest open period."

So, it would seem to be OK to do this, and the corrections would post to the current Project period.
