    Hi Pavana

Then probably your Users Profile settings for “Email access type Incoming/Outgoing” are not set accordingly:

After you choose the “Email access type – Incoming” as Email Router, in your Personal options you will find the option for “Allow use of Email Credentials” And after you choose the “Email access type – Outgoing” as Email Router, in your Personal options you will find the option for “Allow use of Email Credentials” and “Select whether other users can send email for you”

    Best Wishes, Raz

    Hi pavana,

Raz is referring to your user's mailbox record that you configure for email. Goto Settings->Email Configuration->Mailboxes and find the mailbox for your user. When you open it you will see entries for Incoming and Outgoing email. Once you configure those for the Email Router (or server side sync) you will see in your Personal Options (under Email tab) the ability to have CRM send emails on your behalf. Here is a screenshot:

    Hope that helps.

Hi Pavana, Yes Once you Enable this on the Options for the mailbox you want the users to send from, you will also need give your users the Security Role to "send email as another user" under the Business Management Tab of the Security Role.

    Hi John,

I am having a similar problem. I verified that the incoming/outgoing email are set to server-side sync/email router, and the users still don't have the "Allow other Microsoft 365 user to send email on your behalf"  available.

Any other suggestions on what it might be?

    Thanks,

    Heather
