Bulk assign new Value Model to Fixed Assets

Hi All,

I have created a new Value Model which enables me to post to a Tax Posting Layer.  

May I know if there is a program for me to mass assign the new Value Model to all the Fixed assets please?  If not, can I do an import to assign the new Value Model to the Fixed Assets, please?
