The legacy license information on View permisisons, assign roles, and other places have been deprecated by Microsoft as there is a new object-based calculation performed ouside the application. The old calculation had inconsistencies and errors. The data resides in Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) and is being pushed to the Dynamics 365 environments where it is visible on the new form called License usage summary.
