FRx Webport Error 91 - Unable to Publish to the Web.

Error 91 - Unable to Publish to the Web.  Please check to see if you have rights and that all fields on the Web Publishing tab in the Catalog are filled in correctly.

We get the above error when we use the same report name in the Web Publishing tab as a prior published report.  We never had this issue before as the newly published report would just write over the old report with the same name.

Does anyone know what would cause the error message above?

Thanks,

Chuck

    Hello Chuck,

Thank you for the update, and I apologize for my delayed response.

I do agree, that it would be the best option to delete the report each time, with that being said, I think we are looking at doing more in depth troubleshooting. This could involve running a process monitor log file, a file, which can't be attached to a forums thread.

I think the best option would be to create a support case, which then would allow us to stream in, look at the environment, and run additional traces.

    Thank you,

    Thanks for your help.

Yes to your Web Admin question.  If we delete the report and print a new one we are all set, but obviously our client does not want to have to delete a report every time they have to reprint.

    Thanks,

    Chuck

    Hello Chuck,

When publishing your reports, make sure the output path is correct, as this can sometimes cause the error message.

The issue could also be related to an unregistered dll file, but that would typically affect all reports, when publishing, and the only way we can troubleshoot .dll files issues is through a support incident.

What is the exact build of FRx WebPort (Start Web Administrator, then click Help | About).

Also, what is the exact version of FRx? Help | About

In Web Administrator, does a report with that name already exist, if so, if you delete the report, are you then able to publish the new one? I know it should overwrite it, I am just trying to narrow down the possible cause.

    Thank you,
