Hi guys,

I have a workflow fired when an email record is created. This workflow will create a task containing a link to the email:

The Record URL(Dynamic) give me a non-clickable URL. How can I make it clickable (hyperlink)?

Hi Akrem,

The Description field in TASK doesn't support hyperlinks.

You can a lookup to the Email in Task and populate it. Or else, you have to use Javascript to convert the test into a hyperlink and replace the description with a rich HTML content.

You can try to make a new text field and set it's format to URL
