reprinting of receipts is shurnk in half

Posted on by 630

All receipts and reports are printing just fine but when we do a shift f11 I think, it prints but the receipt only prints on half the paper. It is all shrunk together on one half. It is not cut off in any way that I can tell. Any thoughts no how to resovle this weird issue? Thanks.

I opened a ticket with Microsoft through Customer Source. They haven't seen this issue before and I am currently working on it. If I find the answer, i'll post it. Let me know if you hear anything. Thanks. Justin

I don't have an answer but I do have the same question.  I think this only happens with 40 column printers like the Epson TM-88 when setup with windows drivers instead of OPOS drivers.  I'm hoping someone will answer this post with a clue as to the correct driver or configuration to make this work.  I need it because I have 1 printer servicing two registers and OPOS driven printers won't work as shared printers.  If you are not sharing the printer, you could maybe reconfigure as an OPOS printer.
