
I want to set up the ability to use email to send quotes. I want the email to come from the users own email address and not a generic one. If I set up this using SMTP setup the emails go out with the sender as whatever the account is that is entered in the SMTP setup. I have seen there is another option for setting up your business inbox in outlook. This might be the option I need but I am unable to get it to work with my on-premise exchange server using my email address. Are there ports that need to be opened as my email is the exchange, administrator?
