Dynamics 365 phone App phone icon doesn't prompt to create activity after call

Hi,

When using Dynamics 365 for Mobile when on a contact record and select the phone number, after the call the app prompts to create an Activity.

However, if you click the phone call icon you are not prompted to create an activity. how it possible to add this functionality to the icon.

This is the documentation that says about the prompt:

The environment is dynamics 365 v8.2. but it is upgraded from 2013, 2016.
