Workflow based on Process Activity Count after Upgrade to 9.0

Hello,

We have a workflow that creates tasks based on the Process Activity Count on Opportunities.  I upgraded our Sandbox to 9.0 and this workflow no longer works.  Are Process Activity Counts deprecated in 9.0?

    It appears that the count is only triggered on certain conditions. Check if your workflow is following this.
