I've got question concerning the import of accounts and contacts to different business units.
As you can see in the diagram, I've got several BUs. They are all subsidiary companies using the same CRM.
To not completely deactivate the custom duplicate filter, I set the filter like this:
This worked fine uploading the accounts. The BUs B 2 and the C-BUs got the Accounts. But... When I imported the contacts, the upload failed, because "A duplicate lookup reference was found."
The reason why is that a user in B2 had the same account as a user in C1.
The error message came even when I assigned the contacts before starting the upload to the user in B2.
How can this problem be solved?
