Instagram Integration with Omnichannel

Hi all,

Recently FB launched integration with Instagram, all the configuration procedure in the app is the same as Facebook integration, uses the same APP so i configured the same webhook with the new permissions for instagram messaging. Im using the same FB page because seems to be using the same pageid, anyone can make it work for instagram?

Is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to integrate Instagram with another app using a CTI connector for omnichannel platforms. The smart CTI connector can be integrated with the omnichannel platform without additional requirement. You don’t even need to create a separate login ID.
