Softera Bankfeeds

Posted on by 4
Hi,

I'm trying to set up RBS feed via the Softera extension in BC. I get the below error when I try to parse a statement based on the document recognition rules I have in place.

Can anyone please advise how I fix this issue?

Could not parse bank statement file (107134630; {8450D86E-95D4-4AF4-9E59-70DD94008BE5}).

The value /£1/ can't be evaluated into type Decimal.

Thanks,

    Hi MarkFarguhar1,

As mentioned, you should turn to Softera for further investigation.

    Best Regards,

    hi,
well the error states that You need to have a decimal number, but You have £1 . Either try to change Your regional settings, so that it is shown as 1.00 , or contact the Vendor of the add-on - Softera, to help resolve the issue. They should be able to adjust the format for this value at the moment of import.
