Go to your Report Selections - Sales, and look up the Report being used by the system for Invoices.

Notice there is a section called "Email Body Layout Name".  Go to Report Layouts and filter to the Report ID of the report used for your Invoice.

Part of the Report Layout is usually a section for the Email Body.  If the email body layout is standard, as in the example above, you will need to create a New Layout and Copy from the standard.  Then modify the Layout being used for the Report Layout (usually a Word Report Layout) and add the URL to the Word Template.  This will allow all Sales Invoices to include the URL on the report.  Just be aware, this means it isn't Dynamic per Customer, Items sold, etc., which is great for Terms and Conditions type links.

If you wanted a Dynamic URL, you would likely need to get a developer or your partner involved to add the creation rules and where the data would pull from.

The e-mail text is generated from the Report layout.
If You open Report Selection - Sales, choose the Type=Invoice, and check which Report ID has the Use for E-mail Body checkmark,

You can create a new Custom Report Layout (or copy the default) for this report ID, export it, adjust and import back.
Then in the Report Selection - Sales, for the line which has the Use for email Body checkmark, in the column Email Body Layout Description, click on the value or if blank just click in this field , select the newly created layout. The next e-mail body will be with the new layout.

You can have one layout for e-mail body, and a different one for the Attachment.
    The body can be like
    Hello, Customer Name,
Here is Your Invoice Document_No, with amount AmountIncludingVAT
    please pay it by Due_date

And the attachment can be a normal Sales Invoice
