What is in the fix list for Hotfix - MicrosoftDynamicsGP-KB2654141-v10-ENU? In customer source, it says "KB 2654141 (KB Pending)". I'm specifically looking for Encumbrance Management fix for GP 10.0.

Ok, I looked into this patch more and there appears to be two issues related to Encumbrance Management that were fixed by this:
1. Error message when voiding check on a Canadian GP Install "A remove operation on table ‘CM_Transaction’ failed because the records couldn’t be locked"
2. Error occurs when canceled quantity on a Purchase Order in the PO entry screen and then run the Year End Encumbrance Transfer: "You can't transfer encumbrances for XXXX when there are outstanding encumbrance amounts for a prior fiscal year."
If it isn't either of these that you're referring to, if you have the bug number, I can look that up or what the actual issue/error is that you're referring to.

The reason why I ask about Encumbrance Management is because we received an email communication from Microsoft’s (Payroll Escalation Team), saying “3. We have some other bug fixes in the code update for Encumbrance, Manufacturing, Payroll, and Sales, not table changes at all.”
They didn’t go into detail on the sub modules they only talked about payroll. We were just wondering what fix was being done to the Encumbrance module.

From what I could find, the KB2654141 hot fix resolves the following:
U.S. Payroll -- The method for calculating tax changed in Connecticut. The change became effective on January 1, 2012.
U.S. Payroll -- When the 2011 U.S. Payroll year-end update performs the calculation for Box 12 A on the W-3 form, the system includes the value from Box 12 DD on the W-2 form incorrectly.
U.S. Payroll -- The 2011 U.S. Payroll year-end update aligns the RO employee record in the EFW2 file incorrectly.
U.S. Payroll --The Alien Tax Calculation feature is added to Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Sales Order Processing -- When a kit item is both backordered and marked down, you receive the following error message in the Sales Transaction Entry window: "This Sales distribution amount is incorrect and will not be posted."
I didn't see anything mentioned for Encumbrance Management in this patch. What issue are you having with Encumbrance Management?
