Hi all,
I'm pretty new to Dynamics and I migrated data from a csv into dynamics and from there I need to be able to make groupings of the contacts and accounts.
What I want to be able to do is that contacts and accounts can be grouped under a specific or more groups. Now I made a custom entity in order to store the information under there. But I need to import the groups and the associated contacts, accounts into this. This unfortunately does not work the way I want. Through the Data Migration Tool, it creates for every contact or account the same group over and over again. I'm then stuck with 9 same groups with one contact or account associated with it.
My question is thus twofold. Is this the way in order to make grouping for contacts and accounts, and if not what is the way to do it?
