Has anyone using RMS installed the 1000SE USB?  I am having problems getting Windows7 (32) to even recognize I plug it in. It could be the device or the cable, but perhaps I am not getting something right here?

    I was told by tech support at our credit card processor that there is not yet a driver for the 1000SE for Windows 7. That was over 6 months ago so perhaps the situation has changed. It's possible the statement isn't correct so I suggest you try to find out on your own.

    Todd,

    Go here; http://www.verifone.com/technical-support.aspx and download the Vx/PP1000SE USB driver, install it and then Windows should see it.

    It is still same It keep signing com9 . It changed with com 3 But when I restart the pc It goes back to com 9 again & again But I found other one on google It works But when I start pos I am getting message the ''attached device not function right'' I found other drive on google 2 month ago It works very good on my other window 7 But I am not able to find  anymore on google

    Did you get this problem resolved? I have a serial VeriFone 1000se and Widows 7 32 doesn't see it either

    This one seems to work OK, first one on the list.
