I am facing issue with label's i.e. Label Id are shown instead of label description.

The labels description is visible in label editor but in front end its showing label ID eg: @RET5464.

I have tried following steps, but nothing helped me out.

1. Stop AOS

2. Deleted .ald/.alt/.ali, AUC, XppIL files.

3. Restarted AOS.

may be need to refresh element and clear cash , if the same issue faced try to compile your application and sync database

Hi mahmoud,

I have tried refreshing elements, compiled AOS and synchronized the Database.

I can see the labels on label editor but not visible on Standard forms data.

Hi,

have you already tried full Compile + full CIL ??

can you please confirm is this happens on all forms?

Hi Visvash,

We have done full compile + CIL.

The issue is arising on few forms. For example see pic 1

Secondly when I open AOT and go to labels the language i found is only "EN-US" for (reference pic 2). My system language is also EN-US.

Thirdly when I go to label editor I found the label name. See pic 3

Kindly help as I am facing this issue for long time and not able to get any work around.

What i am seeing in pic1 that labels is showing on Operation Name field which coming from RetailOperation table. What i am trying to understand that why you put labels there.. isn't a simple Name field (like in other areas of AX i.e. custGroup Nam etc..)
