Hello! I am fairly new to CRM (started learning it about 2 months ago), and I have a bit of a theoretical question. Is it possible to retrieve a field from CRM and use it in excel? For example, say I have an option set in CRM with several options and values. Can I take that option set and the respective values to populate in excel? So in one of the cells I would have a drop down list with the same values as in the CRM drop down list? Thanks in advanced for the help!
