wordpress form to dynamics integration

i wnat to submit wordpress form data in dynamics forms for custom entites or custom fields  anyone have some idea abot this

i am using 

WP Contact Form 7 Dynamics CRM plugin

but it can not works for custom fields or custom entities

    Hi Sonu,

    In case you are not using a specific D365 application, you can utilize the Dataverse API to import data:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../overview

    In case you are using D365 Marketing you can use the Form capture to get data from external form into D365.

    docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-forms
