DVT script for service model: AOS Service on machine: dev610043da1c-1 Tier 1 service update failing at step 65, resuming won't help and I had rotated secrets too, no help

Hi @SachinMittal

It could be an issue occurring anywhere for example, the database might not be able to synchronize, the MR database schema may not be correctly updated, or the environment certificate might have expired, etc.

Could you check the Event Viewer logs for the same time you received this error? You can also download the logs from the LCS to see more details.

Hi Sachin,

Did you already download the execution logs and check for error files or details in the file for step 65? Did you already try to resume the deployment? It would be great if you could provide us with an update.
