we could not refresh the credentials for the account AADSTS70082: in D365FO DEV server

Hi All,
 
I am trying to login into Visual studio in D365FO DEV server  but getting the error below,
 
 
Tried running the VS as administrator as well.  Please advice how we can resolve this issue.
 
Error message:
 
"We could not refresh the credentials for the account AADSTS70082:the refresh token has expired due to inactivity. the token was issued on *** and inactive for 90 days in DEV server"

    Try this :
     
    • Close down Visual Studio
    • Go to "C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\.IdentityService"
    • Rename "IdentityServiceAdalCache.cache" as "_IdentityServiceAdalCache.cache"
    • Restart VS and log in.
