I have Outook 2016 and I am not able to install the Add in CRM2016. I am getting the below error messages:
Also, Is there any other version of CRM that can be installed on Outlook 2016?

You get the same error when your Outlook is a 365 Online Subscription and you did not (yet) install Office local. The CRM client installer can't tell the difference.

Marouen - After many, many support calls I was finally able to get the issue resolved on my system today. Seems like this is caused when trying to install the add-in on a system where Outlook has been upgraded.
I did not do the manual un-install that was successful for some, and not sure if what worked for my system will work for yours since I have tried many things over the last few weeks.
Today what worked was:
1. The support team provided me with the following "to Fix Outlook and Office 365 problems with Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365."

I installed the tool and ran it. When prompted to select "Uninstall" or "Install" a program, I initially selected "Install," but didn't find Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook on the list. We did notice an item "Name not available" on the list.
As directed by the support team, I started the tool again and selected "Uninstall" the second time, and proceeded with the uninstall of "Name not available." which resulted in a message saying the install was unsuccessful. Despite the unsuccessful message, surprisingly Outlook was uninstalled.
I re-installed Outlook 2016, and when I tried the Dynamics 365 for Outlook plug-in install it worked.

This is happening because of corrupted registry entries while install and re-install of Office.
Problem got solved after uninstalling and re-installing Office manually by following steps mentioned below:

Marouen has already done that. I have the same problem, which is after running the Dynamics CRM for Outlook install file, the installation fails and says "Microsoft Outlook isn't installed."
Hi Marouen,
Click the cog icon in the top right corner of the dynamics 365 and select Apps or Dynamics 365.
You will be redirected to a page, where you can install Dynamcis 365 for Outlook in your system.
Once your system finished downloading the outlook add on package, just install that solution.
After successfull installation, Open your Outlook.

Marouen - Did you find a solution to this issue? I too have Outook 2016 (64-bit) and I am not able to install the Add in CRM2016. I am facing the same problem with an error message saying that Microsoft Outlook is not installed.
Uninstall the plugin, then try reinstalling office using instructions from here. Try to install the plugin again. Hopefully that should do it.
