Azure ADFS for d365 on-prem

Hello.  I have a Dynamics 365 on prem deployment on version 9.0.4.5.  We have a vm running ad and adfs with claims and ifd.  Is there any official documentation on how I can use Azure ADFS with my on-prem deployment so that I can take advantage of multi-factor authentication and possibly single sign on?  I've seen a few blogs and whitepapers but I'm looking for official MS documentation on how to properly set it up.  Cheers.

Have you looked at docs.microsoft.com/.../connect-exchange-server-on-premises ?

Thank you Omar but I've read that doc and it doesn't help.  I've even opened a ticket with MS but they don't seem to know how to do it either.  They literally told me that there is currently no documentation on how to do this.  My biggest question is what do I specify for the identity url and reply url in Azure adfs sso for the enterprise application.
