Download mobile offline data - error 2005

Hi,

I have created an app and a mobile offline profile according to documentation from Microsoft. When I try to download the offline data into my mobile device, it works for App Data, but stops for user data with an error message that translates something like this: An internal issue prevents you from configuring your user data. (Error code: 2005).

Any idea what this might be, what can be the issue or where can I find more information? I am struggling to find anything in Microsoft Documentation.
