The error message, “The authentication process was not successful. Please contact your system administrator.,” occurs when trying to connect to Lifecycle Services (LCS) during the Task Recording.

What is the need of connecting Lcs during rask recording?

Aslo, can u check if your ID is created as project user for the project?

When you go to the form System parameters, tab page Help, do you have an Lifecycle Services help configuration set up?

Hi Andre

When setting up the Lifecycle Services help configuration it throws the same error and my user is added to the particular LCS project as a Project owner.

Hi Kumar,

Can you tell if your user account is part of the same tenant as the environment is deployed? What deployment type is used for this environment? Do other users have the same issue in this environment?
