This is not related to F&O, but cannot access my Microsoft certification dashboard, anybody know to whom I can ask support ? I mean the email.
And anyone get an invitation link to renew their certificate ? I was referring to this : Renew your Microsoft Certification | Microsoft Docs

Don't worry about posting in the wrong forum, it's okay, we're here to help each other. To get support, try contacting Microsoft support via email or online chat on their site. As for renewing your certificate, you should receive a link to an invitation to renew your certificate when it expires. If you haven't received it yet, check your spam folder, just in case. Keep working on your microsoft certifications - they are precious in the technology world as they can increase your visibility, set you apart from your peers and validate your knowledge and skills. If I understand correctly what you mean by your problem description ("it is because the multiple sign in"), the solution is using Incognito mode in Chrome.
Yes, sure is, but it's not solving the problem. It is because the multiple sign in. Who knows later I will facing the same problem with other browser.
I mean for temporary solution I can use other browser but I still want to use Chrome.
Have you tried in different browser? I had the same issue with Chrome and worked well in edge.
