I have a situation where the layaway deposit is calculated correctly but if you type in more then the required deposit it wants to give back the additional payment as change. If someone make any payments after the original required amount it wants to give it back as change too. I am running 2.0126 on win 7 x64. Hq and 7 stores. Only one store has this issue. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    I think what you are describing is normal. But you can over ride the deposit on a per transaction basis. Use Shift + F9 (Details). While viewing a layaway, the Details button allows you to over ride the deposit amount.

    It is odd that you say that only 1 store of 7 is acting this way. Are you sure this isn't normal behavior at all stores? From what I can tell, this is normal behavior to give cash back on over-payment.

    Running any add-ons?  Sounds like you are and at the one store, its not setup the same as the others.
