CRM 2016 on-premise - sudden HTTP Error 404.0 after restoring database

I restored MSCRM_CONFIG database due to power interruption of CRM server but now upon accessing the site, it prompts HTTP Error 404.0 Not Found. Tried restarting Dynamics services, IIS, Dynamics repair but it still doesn't work. Any ideas.

Please check on below pointers:

--> Check if you are accessing the website with an user who has access to the CRM instance.

--> Please capture a fiddler traces to check where it fails.

--> Capture the CRM platform traces and check for the exception in the trace logs.
