Purchase order status in confirm but PO confirmation journal empty

Hi Experts,

User Confirm the Purchase Order and status changed to "Confirmed" but Purchase Order Confirmation is empty.

Hi Faiz,

Can you tell which option is used to confirm the PO? Did the user use the option Generate > Confirmation or Action > Confirm?

Is the confirmation visible to a system administrator? If so, it can be related to security.

Are you aware of customizations or an error at time of confirmation?

Is this happening with only Purchase order confirmation journal or any other journal that you can think of?

Could you check whether the confirmation is visible in the 'Confirmation' inquiry?

Yes, there is customization to get email notification once Purchase order status changed to "Approved"

Also, I noticed PO workflow status is stopped(error).
