Hi,

We are currently in CRM version 9.0. we are planning to use UCI and I am completely new to this.

If I have to setup this UCI for one of our lower instance, how do I do?

Please let me know the process on how I can move to UCI and also any step by step documentation is highly appreciated.

Thanks!

    Hi James,

Yes. You need to choose Default Solution and Site Map.

    Lu,

If I select the default solution when creating a unified app, this brings all the entities in the system right?

    Thanks.

    Hi James,

    Please refer to this post:

    [View:~/365/sales/f/762/t/314972:320:50]

Here you will find the process steps for creating a Unified Client interface.

If we want to create a UCI app for a web client app, we need to select the same entities as the web client app in the App Designer and Sitemap Editor.

If you have any doubts about any of the steps, please feel free to post here.

If my answer is helpful, please mark it as verified. This will help other users with the same theme.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Lu Hao

    Hi James,

This article will teach you how to access Unified Interface apps. In case you have requirements to create your own experience on Unified Interface, you can create a model-driven app using the app designer.
