RMS Label Wizard Show blank label for all label format

Encountered issue on RMS showing blank when selecting the label format in the Print Label Wizard. Even the label format is selected, and the preview only show blank. Tried to uninstall and reinstall RMS but the issue still persists. This issue only happened today and it was still working fine during last printing. Environment: Windows XP Professional RMS Version 2.0.116. Thank you.

do you have a printer install under windows? NOT AN OPOS Printer
