Hi all,
currently trying to import batch sales invoice, through config pack import (table 36 and 37, sales header and sales line)
however, receiving an error message as follows:
"You cannot base a date calculation on an undefined date. Date: 0D Formula: ."
"Sell-to Customer No. must have a value in Sales Header: Document Type = Invoice, No. =103018. It cannot be zero or empty."
Appreciate any advise

Hi, for the first issue, it looks like there are symbols or formulas in the date fields. Please check your Excel file.
For the second issue, it seems that Sell-to Customer No. is not included in your Excel file, please add it when selecting the field in BC, and make sure you have values in the import file.
Also, don't forget to set the Parent Table ID.
