INTRODUCE SEVERAL ADRESSES (LIKE SUCURSALS) TO THE SAME CLIENT

Hi everyone,

I'm just starting with the trial period for Bussines Central, and my first question is if is possible to add several addresses to the same client (like sucursals) with different contact persons, tfn, etc, and add it products to each one.

Hi Fernando. You can have multiple addresses for one Customer, for different branches. These are called 'Ship-to Addresses' and you can get to them from the Customer card. (Navigate > Ship-to Addresses on the ribbon).

You are talking about Ship-to Address. One customer can have multiple Ship-to Address. When entering the sales order, you can specify which Ship-to Address for that customer.
