The action bar of the SSRS report is gray

Hi, all

I created a ssrs report, but when I open it, the operation bar is gray, and I can't scroll, I can only see the top part of the report, I can't see it below, how can I solve this problem?

Have you tried running the standard report?

Run the standard report and confirm that this is happening only to your custom report.

This happens with all reports. So I don't know what to do right now.

Report

Plese run the report with admin users or other users.

While deploying your custom report have you got any error?

Also try restarting the SQL Server Reporting Services.

While deploying the report you will get reporting service URL - Just copy that URL and check whether that is opening.

Not sure about the exact problem. But I guess it is directly from SSMS. Can you check the below link?
