On NAV 2013 R2 new Development Environment what is the solution - (the best way you use ...) - to preview data from tables?

You want to see data from table?
you can simply run the table which will show in RTC.

Yes, that we know !!, but,...
RTC is too slow to open, and we need it quick, bc do it code and test must be quick,
and to use SSMS is so ... well, ...
and for sure there are some tools already in this planet to do that... we hope, we hope...
And open RTC to see data ... for God sake ... this is no useful for programmers and test.
Question from new in 2013:
When we open "that" table in DevEnvironment, and wehave Role Center default in our user, bc of test reasons, we need to "see" the RC openning and then the table. Is there any way to have this test conditions and not see the RC openning runs ?

I don't think there is any other way then opening Role Center
