Business Portal Time and Attendance

I have never used the Business Portal Time and Attendance screen that interfaces to payroll.  Is there anyway to capture start / stop times in that screen?  For example, start at 8am end at 3 pm.  What options are available for a customer who needs this functionality via the web?

    Hi friscat,

    The "Require use of Time Detail Screen" checkbox in Time and Expense setup does not affect business portal time entry. There really isn't an equivalent interface in BP for the Time Detail screen.  There maybe someone who offers this customization.  You might find something by searching the Microsoft PinPoint tool at the following location:  pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../Default.aspx

    I had some issues with business portal related to employee time management. I switched to cloud based time clock systems which are serving me better. A dedicated time attendance software with payroll management features provide exceptional services in this regard.

    Hi,

    Previously, I have used biometric clock for employee time management in our organization. One common problem, i have faced with biometric is lack of integration. Having a lack of integration within applications like biomteric,  payroll and human resources can cause errors at the time of payroll process.

    Hence, I thought to switch over to cloud-based application, there were a bunch of suggestions from my friends when I asked them about some employee time card software for use in my office. I analyzed all the features and picked Replicon's software. Since then it is the go-to application whenever I need reports or get status information on the ongoing processes.
