Hi BC Guru's,
I'm trying to run a Power BI report to show inventory valuation from Business Central.
Is there a page that will show this without having to run a report?
TIA!

Hi, I agree with Davide, but it's not easy to do. First of all, there are no out of the box pages in the system. If you look at the source code of Inventory Valuation, you can see that its data source is Value Entries. But the logic is very complicated. So I think you can imitate the Inventory Valuation Report to create a new Page, and then select the new Page as the data source from Power BI. This page can be an API page or a page published from Web Service.
Hope this info will help.
Thanks.

I think that a good solutions could be to create a page on value entry table (5802). In this table you have the info you need.
There is no page that have this value pre calculated that i can think of.
So you can either calculate it directly in Power BI or create a page where it is calculated and use that as your datasource in Power BI.
I would have calculated in in Power BI i think.
