An unhandled error has occurred EP

Dear all,

EP portal is working with only one user with outside network. If I'm open with other user with outside network its giving following error. But for local network all the users can access EP without any issues. Please check screen below suggest me with your valuable suggestions.

    Follow the instructions of the error message to get further details, and paste the results in here (or Google it by yourself first before doing that, since there is likely already an answer).

    Enable debugging fin EP web.config and then refresh this page... you will get error details why this is happening. Then share the details here also.
