Base License information could not be created error

When loading our company license into AX 2012 R3, we get an error stating the Base Package License Information could not be created.  The company information does update (company name, serial number) but the user\AOS counts on the system page do not change from the Contoso Demo license.  Everything seems to work ok after loading the license and the associated synchronization runs but I am left wondering if this is something I should be concerned about.

    Hi ArGee,

    Do you have a screenshot of the error message? The users on the first page are equal for all AX2012 licenses. You should look at the tab with named user licenses per type.

    Hi ArGee,

    This is indeed not blocking. There are some legacy license codes not in use anymore in your current AX2012 environment which were used in initial AX2012 versions or maybe even still in AX2009.
