Is it possible to install a GP 2010 feature like Smartlist Builder with the .cnk file?

How can I get the .cnk file for Smartlist Builder for GP 2010? Is it on the GP 2010 DVD?

For some strange reason I cannot install Smartlist Builder with the Add/Remove Features option for an existing install of GP 2010 on Windows Server 2008. I have tried both the dvd and the control panel but both options just show a blank screen instead of a list of GP features. I need another way to install Smartlist Builder.
